Do you feel low of energy? Bloated? bad digestion? angry with the world? hormonal imbalances?....... and you don't know why, you feel that something is not aligned.

Those are common symptoms that something is imbalance, it can be external and internal factors of both together. The good thing is that your body is communicating with you, giving you clues to take action with the objective to live a heathy and meaningful  live.

Since I started to learn and practice ayurveda in 2017, my health live has change 360 degrees to a more mindful and conscious way of navigating in this word. Ayurveda is a complete healing system that is focused on giving you tools and practices to create health on a daily basis by using your innate healing ability. Ayurveda is a traditional healing system that originated in India around 5,000 years ago and has a unique perspective of the human body, mind and spirit.

In Ayurveda we look at the nutrition from different ways, we are looking from a complete energetic component, how the food and lifestyle is going to affect our body and mind, because we are all unique.

If we understand what are the principles that are dominating our body, in ayurveda called Doshas,  we can understand a lot about the nature of the person and thus design a plan adapted to that unique constitution.

Ayurveda invites us to live aligned with the natural cycles of nature, because being healthy is not the absence of disease, but rather having a balanced life with the body, mind and spirit, and that is the key to my sessions.

The objective of the conscious nutrition and lifestyle is for us to bring the best of ourselves to light, to live with more energy and well-being. Diet and our nutritional habits directly affect how we feel and our mood, they say that the stomach is our second brain, because the gut provides approximately 95% of the serotonin, the happy hormone.

When we design a life with healthy and preventive habits we make sure to live in harmony and thus enjoy a fuller life, because when we bring harmony, the body knows what to do to heal itself, the secret is to create an environment in your system where healing can automatically take place, the body has the wisdom and power to go through.​

1

 Discover your uniqueness, what make you, you!

We begin by discussing specific concerns and goals you have regarding your health, your diet and lifestyle. Once we establish your goals, we will review of your intake forms and complete a pulse and tongue diagnosis and dosha analysis to create an accurate picture of your constitution as well as the cause of any imbalances.

 

Objectives:

- Analyce your health History and your genetic makeup.

- Understanding of the doshas and discover your unique constitution.

- Analyce diet habits 

- Discussion of health problems and understanding the root cause of your imbalances.

- Identify your health goals.

Developing your tailored Health Plan.

Using the information from the session, I will make a personalised program, may include suggestions for: 

- Dosha-balancing diet and nutrition.

- Lifestyle practice to incorporte into your life.

- Detox treatments

- Herbal formulas

- Yoga asanas, Pranayama and Meditation.

Implementation, coach and support

This is where your healing begins. You will be coached by me as you discover a more healthful life using all the tools of Ayurveda.  

I will help you achieve your goals. During each appointment, we'll discuss your implementation of previous Ayurvedic recommendations, I'll assign new recommendations, check in with your current symptoms, and we'll make changes to the treatment plan as needed. ​

Rest assured, in between appointments I am available by email to answer any questions you may have.
